Delivery, Shipping and returns.

Shipping policy
 we estimate that your order is expected to be delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

• Delivery fees will be :
•Free for orders above 1000 LE , and fixed shipping rate 80 LE for order below 1000 LE.
- In case of you refused to receive it, you Will be charged 120 LE from next order.
- In Case of Returns you will be charged 120 LE as return shipping Fees or exchange same charge.
- If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.

- Orders are delivered Saturday through Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays.

- During the delivery process you might be asked to show identification, this to ensure a correct delivery.
