Refund & Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of payment account.
Shipping fees for returned Items :
Return item due to Seller's Fault (Item is not as described – item defective ... etc.)
If the buyer claimed Within the 15 Days of the date of delivery
-BeautyBounty pays the Delivery Shipment Fees
-Seller Pays the Return Shipment Fees
-In case the submitted return request by customer is not approved by BeautyBounty and the customer rejected to receive back the unit, BeautyBounty has the right after 60 days from customer’s rejection date to dispose the item.
If the buyer claimed after the 15 Days of the date of delivery ( *Only if returned approved )
-Buyer pays the Delivery Shipment Fees
-Seller Pays the Return Shipment Fees
-In case the submitted return request by customer is not approved by BeautyBounty and the customer rejected to receive back the unit, BeautyBounty has the right after 60 days from customer’s rejection date to dispose the item.
